How should I store my loose leaf tea to keep it fresh?
To maintain optimal flavor, store your tea in a cool, dry, and dark place. We recommend using our airtight tin canisters to protect the leaves from light, air, and moisture.
What is your return policy on tea and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for food safety reasons, all loose leaf tea and tea bag sales are final.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within Canada and the United States. Flat-rate shipping applies to orders below this threshold.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
