We want you to love every sip, but if a tea or accessory isn't to your taste, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for food safety reasons, all returned tea must be in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days from our online store or a boutique.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our tea enthusiasts via the online portal or customer service email to receive your Return Authorization Number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Tea

  Securely place the items in their original shipping box, include your packing slip, and affix the provided return label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
